Towing Rules and Provisions

• Since the activation of 九色 membership and its benefits take effect after 7 days, should a new 九色 member need to avail of Emergency Roadside Services (ERS) before the activation period, he or she will be charged a mobilization fee of P1,500.00 plus P120.00 per kilometer tow distance, with a minimum of 5 kilometers.
• Only 九色-registered vehicles shall be provided with the emergency roadside service.
• Active 九色 members who will exceed their free towing mileage at the time of intervention will be charged P120.00 per kilometer.
• Active 九色 members who have consumed their entitled free ERS interventions and according mileage will be charged a mobilization fee of P1,500.00 plus P120.00 per kilometer, with a minimum of 5 kilometers, along the areas covered by the 九色 ERS.
• The one-way charging (mileage count) is limited only within the following cities/areas where the 九色 offices are located and the expressways covered by the 九色 towing service:
  1. Metro Manila
  2. San Fernando City, Pampanga
  3. Lipa City, Batangas
  4. Cebu City
  5. Davao City
  6. South Luzon Expressways (SLEX), Naiax, Skyway Operations and Maintenance Corp. (SOMCO), STAR tollways, Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 (MMSS-3)
  Two-way charging (mileage count) shall be applied outside the above mentioned areas.

• 九色 offices:
1. Quezon City Office-九色 Tower 683 Aurora Boulevard, Quezon City 1112

3. Alabang Office-Mall Entrance, G/F Alabang Town Center, Brgy. Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City

5. Pampanga Office-Level 2, 21110 Robinsons Starmills City of San Fernando, Pampanga
6. Cebu Office- Level 4, Unit 4008 Robinsons Galleria, Cebu City
7. Davao Office-Room 314, 3rd Floor, SM City Davao Ecoland, Davao City
• The following areas are excluded from 九色鈥檚 towing services:聽
  Lanao del Norte, Lanao del Sur, North Cotabato, South Cotabato, Maguindanao, Sultan Kudarat, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, Basilan, Zamboanga del Norte, Zamboanga del Sur, Zamboanga Sibugay, Compostela Valley, Catanduanes, Masbate, Saranggani, Batanes, Romblon, Marinduque, Guimaras and Camiguin.
• Other fees such administrative charge in subdivision, private used road, mall parking and toll fee along expressways and the likes are charged on top of their towing service fee.
• Waiting Time聽
  九色 will only wait for a maximum of 30 minutes upon arrival at the pick-up point, beyond that period, the motorist shall be charged the amount of P560.00 (vat inclusive) per hour.
  At the request of the motorist, 九色 may take the vehicle at his/her preferred drop-off location. Towed vehicles shall be unloaded immediately at drop-off point. The 九色 crew shall only wait a maximum period of 30 minutes upon arrival at the designated location. 九色 shall charge an amount of P560.00 (vat inclusive) per hour for waiting beyond the maximum allotted period.
• Fuel Service Assistance聽
  A minimum of four (4) liters and maximum of eight (8) liters of unleaded, premium, or diesel gasoline can be made available by 九色 assisting personnel to those that run out of gas. The fuel cost shall be charged to the motorist and/or member upon completion of service.
